Job Purpose

Responsible for achieving sales target set by top management and motivating and guiding Sales team to improve its performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team and all sales activities within the company
  • Visit customers and potential customers when needed
  • Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets
  • Set sales targets and activity key performance indicators quarterly
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales
  • Report on progress towards sales KPI’s
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Ensure all sales related task are completed effectively (Credit notes, return, etc.)
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the General Manager
  • Update quarterly the annual sales forecasts
  • Carry out sales training with sales executives and role-playing sales techniques
  • Set KPI’s of the Sales Team and conduct annual performance appraisal
  • Interview and select new members of the sales team
  • Perform other Duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field or equivalent in experience
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10 Years in FMCG in a  Key Account managerial position
  • English language, French is a plus
