JOB PURPOSE

Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material are aligned with our brands identity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction
  • Identify new customers
  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Build brand awareness and positioning
  • Evaluate and maintaining a marketing strategy
  • Communicate the marketing plan
  • Develop each marketing campaign from start to finish
  • Research demand for the organization's products and services
  • Evaluate competitors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES

  • BA in Business Administration or equivalent  
  • Knowledge of Syndicated data sources (such as Nielsen or The NPD Group)
  • Knowledge of Retail Audit Software
  • MS Office applications
  • Written and spoken fluency in English & Arabic languages
  • 10 years of experience
  • English language, French is a plus
