Responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate associate
  • Greet and direct visitors to the destination in the company
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collecting etc.
  • Inform other emplyees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
  • Provide administrative services for staff whenever required/requested
  • Maintain entrance and exit statement of emplyees and visitors
  • Receive Job Application when appicable and resend it to the HR Coordinator
  • Follow-up the Office Keeper tasks and fill the required forms
  • Order Kitchen goods & stationary for departments in coordination with Administration Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 5 years in relevant experience
  • English language, French is a plus
