Job Purpose

Responsible of managing all warehouse and supply chain operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity; and developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
  • Manage the activities of all functions involved in the procurement, planning, logistics, control of materials from the receipt of purchase request until delivery of the products to warehouses
  • Set up and develop strategies, policies, procedures to optimize value of the entire function in creating effective materials management group
  • Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials
  • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
  • Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products
  • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
  • Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors
  • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements
  • Develop appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost
  • Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand
  • Work with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers
  • Work directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers
  • Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
  • Negotiate and close major contracts for supply of machines and raw materials
  • Train and coach the team
  • Submit monthly reports to top management
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10 years

Work requires visiting suppliers and sometimes working during weekend and holidays and commuting between different company’s location
