Job Purpose

Support the Maintenance Manager in new projects related to the production lines, in the implementation of all new preventive maintenance programs, and in the writing of all maintenance-related procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Implement and manage new projects as assigned by the maintenance manager. 
• Prepare studies of all equipment catalogs related to production lines.
• Design preventive maintenance programs based on catalog research.
• Prepare AutoCAD and flowchart drawings for each production line and for all utilities (fuel tank, diesel tank, water treatment, steam boiler, etc.).
• Prepare the training program for each production line based on the catalog’s studies.
• Plan and schedule all preventive and predictive maintenance (machinery, power generation equipment, utilities equipment, moving equipment, building maintenance including electrical wiring and controls, painting, heating, cooling, and ventilation, and so on).
• Analyze data and make recommendations for improving plan operations and troubleshooting maintenance issues.
• Assist in the orientation and training of current and new equipment operators.
• Help maintain, implement, and develop the FSMS (Food and Safety Management System) and any new certifications.
• Weekly maintenance activity reports to the Maintenance Manager
• Train the team on all required job tasks and maintenance topics and conduct awareness sessions for the entire group when needed.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Competencies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any related field

Experience

• 0-5 years in relevant experience

Physical Effort

• Work requires physical frequent tours in the factory, standing for long hours, occasional night shift site visits and occasional travelling as per business needs, dealing with electrical equipment and different kind of chemical materials.
