Job Purpose

Responsible for the sales yearly business plan execution of the company in UAE & Oman to achieve sales objectives

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute the monthly business plan by channel and by region
• Research and source new potential clients
• Create reports for top management
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients / distributors
• Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet financial targets and growth objectives
• Take key accounts requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements
• Develop trusty relationships with a portfolio of major clients to build partnership in order to achieve distributors and principals business plans / strategies
• Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner with distributor coordination / logistics
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers / distributor and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new opportunities in the market
• Submit required reports on monthly basis
• Follow-up on pending payments and debit notes before submission
• Prepare presentation when needed regarding market visits or any other requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Competencies

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Physical Effort

Job requires commuting between different offices locations around UAE & Oman and driving long-distance as well as working occasionally during weekends or holidays and after hours and frequent business trips

Office 50% and 50% market visits
