Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Difco’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with each brands’ goal in coordination with digital marketing agencies
  • Establish Difco’s web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Manage Difco Delivery online store (app)
  • Manage Difco’s brands' presence on e-commerce platforms locally and internationally 
  • Plan online marketing activities (ads, social media posts…) in collaboration with the relevant internal and external stakeholders 
  • Implement initiatives in order to grow traffic on our online store to attract new shoppers and retain the existing ones
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies in order to ensure Difco’s website and e-commerce app are up to date
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect Difco’s website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Analyze and use marketing tools and campaign insights to understand consumer behavior and examine the performance of each touchpoint to optimize marketing strategies
  • Analyze key metrics of mobile marketing strategies such as cost, quality of consumer traffic and engagement, and return on investment
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus 

Experience

  • 5 – 10 years
