Job Purpose

Responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with HORECA customers (food services like catering, bars, coffee shops, resorts, cafés, restaurants and other related industries), ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high-quality customer service to the existing and potential customers.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Develop HORECA channels for the entire range of products in designated geography to ensure brand visibility.
  • Communicate with HORECA customers the selection of products available, promotions and new items.
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities for HORECA and similar channels across the territory.
  • Regularly follow up on orders, deliveries and returns as well as collections and stock rotations.
  • Provide market feedback to the Key Account Manager regarding movement of goods/ brands.
  • Ensure timely money collection.
  • Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure good customer experience.
  • Handle and respond to existing products queries from customers, effectively and accurately.
  • Advise customers on the appropriate selection of products in line with their query and submit related quotations.
  • Ensure a good visibility of the company’s products; visit the point of sales regularly and replenish the missing items.
  • Report any customer complaints to the Key Account Manager and follow-up on the corrective action.
  • Stay well-informed of the competitor’s activities and market trends in the field pertinent to brands / products and inform the Key Account Manager when needed (price, promotion, new items…)
  • Discuss with the Key Account Manager the sales, collection, coverage and target status. Prepare routing calls requirements, to include (Receivables, must do list, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Bachelor degree or Technical degree in Business or equivalent


  • 2 to 5 years in FMCG sales.
  • Experience in HORECA channel is preferable.

Work Environment

This is an outdoor sales role that requires driving for long hours for sales coverage.
