Job Purpose

Responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high-quality customer service to the existing and potential customers .

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new customers to identify & develop new accounts
  • Communicate continuously with customers regarding the selection of products available, promotions and new items
  • Follow up continuously on orders, deliveries, returns (to be registered on tablet) collections and stock rotation
  • Provide market feedback to the Sales Supervisor regarding movement of goods/ brands
  • Ensure payment of receivables in a timely manner
  • Maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
  • Handle and respond to existing products queries from customers promptly, effectively and accurately
  • Provide Customers with the appropriate selection of products in response to their query and provide quotations accordingly
  • Ensure a good visibility of the company’s products; visit the shop warehouse regularly and replenishes the missing items in store
  • Report to Sales Supervisor customer complaints and follow-up on the corrective action
  • Stay well-informed of the competitor’s activities and market trends in the field pertinent to brands / products and informs the Sales Supervisor when needed (price, promotion, new items…)
  • Attend the daily morning meeting with the Sales Supervisor to discuss sales, collections, coverage and target status. Prepares routing calls requirements, to include (Receivables, must do list, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree or Technical degree in Business or equivalent
  • 0 to 5 years in FMCG
  • English language, French is a plus

Physical Effort

Work requires driving long distances and working overtime if needed.
It also requires carrying boxes and fixing stands.

Field 90%, Office 10%
