Job Purpose

Responsible of the marketing of a brand category starting with research and development through sales until the advertising and the distribution of the product.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate daily, monthly, and other cyclical sales reports
  • Report in a timely and accurate manner to the marketing analysis team and others on the brand and the status of competition in assigned markets
  • Generate and upgrade the analysis level by introducing innovative methods for analyzing and tracking competition
  • Follow market dynamics for an upgrade in the marketing intelligence tasks
  • Recommend suitable tactics and courses of action based on market analysis and findings
  • Respond to internal data requests and analysis reports in a timely manner
  • Collect market data (e.g., competition prices, distribution channels, industry sales) through research (information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts)
  • Generate various brand performance reports when and as required
  • Benchmark other products to evaluate existing and potential products
  • Develop a research plan, analyze research results and offer advice on marketing activities
  • Generate reports that analyze customers, competition and the industry using charts, graphs and explanatory text
  • Analyze Brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Maintain MAO software to ensure its up-to-date and accurate
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 5-8 years

Physical Effort

Job requires commuting between different offices and plants locations around Lebanon and driving long distance hours as well as working occasionally during weekends or holidays and after hours
