Job Purpose

Responsible for building, growing, and managing the brand’s online communities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set and implement social media and communication strategy.

  • Create stimulating text, image, and video content for your social media accounts.

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

  • Organize and participate in events to build a community and boost brand awareness.

  • Maintain a consistent brand image online and manage the brand’s reputation.

  • Analyze competitors’ activities and adjust social strategies accordingly to ensure brands stand out on each

  • platform.

  • Liaise with the Research and Development department to stay updated on new products and features.

  • Build relationships with customers.

  • Prepare monthly reports covering the insights from all the social platforms as per the KPIs set.

  • Manage and update corporate website content (products, blogs, new brands…)

  • Work closely with influencers to boost brands’ engagement.

  • Attend product photoshoots/commercials/events/sponsorships for content coverage.

  • Coordinate with 3rd parties in content management for our social media accounts (local and regional).

  • Brief creative and agency teams for monthly activations and content requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field

Experience

  • 1-2 years

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • English language, French is a plus

  • Social media platforms' technical knowledge

  • Communication Skills

  • Time Management, Creative, Business ethics, Adaptability and Team Spirit

  • Presentation skills
