Job Purpose
Responsible for building, growing, and managing the brand’s online communities
Duties & Responsibilities

Set and implement social media and communication strategy.

Create stimulating text, image, and video content for your social media accounts.

Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Organize and participate in events to build a community and boost brand awareness.

Maintain a consistent brand image online and manage the brand’s reputation.

Analyze competitors’ activities and adjust social strategies accordingly to ensure brands stand out on each
-
platform.

Liaise with the Research and Development department to stay updated on new products and features.

Build relationships with customers.

Prepare monthly reports covering the insights from all the social platforms as per the KPIs set.

Manage and update corporate website content (products, blogs, new brands…)

Work closely with influencers to boost brands’ engagement.

Attend product photoshoots/commercials/events/sponsorships for content coverage.
-
Coordinate with 3rd parties in content management for our social media accounts (local and regional).

Brief creative and agency teams for monthly activations and content requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field
Experience

1-2 years

English language, French is a plus
